Serving and customer satisfaction is the goal of our company. You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the World. We will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

Shipping Policies :

Domestic Shipping   We offer several UPS shipping options for delivery within the Local Area : UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air.     International Shipping We currently accept international orders from the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Norway, Portugal, Scotland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Wales. All international orders are shipped via PT. Atlantica Cargo forwarded by UPS and we currently offer two options:  Express Saver (delivery guaranteed in 1 - 3 days) and Expedited (delivery guaranteed in 2 - 5 days). Both options are insured and trackable.   (Please note that some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size and weight.  If this is the case with your order, we will notify you first for your approval.) All item can be shipped directly to your door. We take care in packaging your item and fully insure each item. If you are visiting Our Warehouse, you can come in and purchase our product, and we'll be happy to ship it home for you

APO and Military :

Shipping and cargo company will not deliver to an APO address, please use a street address of a friend or relative to help facilitate the delivery. So that the delivery of goods orders, can be delivered to the destination address.

Return Policy

How long will it take for me to receive a credit once I return an item?
We administer return credits within 48 hours after the product is received in our return center.

Will I be reimbursed for my return shipping costs?
bike.com does not reimburse return shipping for products returned for reasons that are not the fault of store-bike.com.

How do I report a damaged or defective product?
Call Customer Service at +62-8129-1232-405 immediately upon discovering any damaged or defective item. You must save all shipping and merchandise packaging.

Can you replace my order?
Yes, depending on the availability of the items. Call Customer Service at +62-8129-1232-405.

Are there any promotional exclusions?
All offers are while supplies last and may not be applied to any other promotional offers or discounts, applied to previous orders. 

Promotional discounts that apply to the order total will be reflected at checkout. Order total excludes taxes, shipping & handling charges, processing fees and the purchase of gift certificates. Due to manufacturer guidelines and the low prices we offer,certain other products are excluded from promotional discounts. Due to market changes or circumstances beyond our control, all prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any typographical errors or omissions.

Our return policy is based on the simple principle of servicing our customers.  We enjoy an extremely low rate of return due to upfront service and accurate information about products before they are ordered.

Unused merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.  Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured trackable method to our store address. Shipping charges are excluded from refunds.

If you need to return an item because it is not what you ordered, contact us and we will refund shipping charges as well. You will find we are very easy to work with and put the customers interests first.

All products are covered by the manufacturers warranty.  Warranty terms vary between manufacturers as well as products, so please refer to your documentation for details. If you have warranty questions please feel free to contact us. Be aware that shipping and service charges are not covered by manufacturers warranty.
